This is a three-day detox plan that will eliminate the sugar out of your body. As you know, putting on weight is the aftereffect of overconsumption of sugars and carbs.

When your daily diet consists of mostly refined sugars, processed foods, and carbs, you will most likely gain weight quickly because you will begin to store fat more easily.

Consuming excessively sugar doesn’t make you only gain weight, but causes issues such as fatigue, depression, diabetes, and headaches.

 

Our body needs sugar to work appropriately, however, indulging in it can cause storing of fat in our body.

You should eliminate items that have sugar in them, so you can lose weight and improve your health. Here is a sugar detox plan which is great for you:

3 Day Detox

1st DAY

Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs; or 1 cup of oats with seeds, almonds, or berries
Snack: a handful of nuts
Lunch: Roasted chicken with carrots, beans, beets, butternut squash, and parsnips.
Dinner: Grilled fish with green beans; or salmon with broccoli salad

2nd DAY

Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs; or 1 cup of oats with seeds, almonds, or berries
Snack: a handful of nuts
Lunch: Make a cabbage salad with salt, lemon juice, olive oil and red peppers with chopped parsley, thyme, lemon, and vinegar dressing
Dinner: Grilled cod with roasted Brussels sprouts; or turnips cooked with bean soup and a veggie casserole.

3rd DAY

Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs and a salad made of sautéed kale, radish, and walnuts; or 1 cup of oats with seeds, almonds, or berries.
Snack: a handful of nuts
Lunch: Grilled chicken with thyme, onion, and olives.
Dinner: Fusilli pasta with a sauce made of mushrooms, basil, tomato; or vegetable broth of carrots, garlic, onion, thyme, celery, and bay leaves with mushrooms.

Sugar detox drink: Put some fresh mint in a jar filled with water and you can also add blueberries, oranges, or grapefruits.
