The diet is meant for losing weight in a quick time, and should be used for 3 days in a week. You should not consume any salt and sugar.
In the rest of the days of the week you should avoid: bread, crisps, fried food and soda.

Here’s the diet:

Day 1: 

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, two tomatoes and a  cup of green tea without sugar.
Lunch: 2 egg whites, 120 grams of boiled fish and a  cup of green tea without sugar.
Dinner: Boiled vegetable with a cup of green tea.

Day 2:

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 1 banana and a cup of green tea without sugar.
Lunch: 2 egg whites, 120 grams  boiled chicken without skin and a cup of green tea without sugar.
Dinner: 120 grams of white cheese, 2 slices of rusk and a low fat milk.

Day 3: 

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and glass of homemade tomato juice.
Lunch: 2 egg whites, 120 grams of red meat and a cup of green tea without sugar.
Dinner: 2 roasted potatoes, green salad and a cup of green tea without sugar.
