Watch your diet
Your diet can greatly affect your smell and taste. Some foods tend to affect the body in certain ways by altering your body’s balance of bacteria, sugar, and chemical compounds. Like when you eat a lot of garlic, your skin for several days excretes a garlic smell, you can eat or not eat some foods to produce a better smell on your vagina.
- You will want to start by eating less sugar. A spike in blood sugar could cause infections and yeast buildup, which is going to cause bad odor.
- You may also want to try to eat pineapple. Although there is no scientific evidence, there are lots of people who swear by the idea that the pineapples are able to improve both the taste and the smell for both genders.
- Yogurt is considered to be an amazing way to help women to keep a healthy vagina, because it contains the bacteria that naturally occurs in our body in order to maintain a healthy vagina
Wash it regularly
You have to shower and wash yourself regularly if you want to smell good. How often will that be depends on your body because every person is different. However, you are probably going to need to wash at least every 2-3 days. Washing yourself is going to help combat a buildup of bacteria on the skin, which is causing odor just as it does anywhere else on the body.
Use correct soaps
Your vagina is extremely sensitive. Using the wrong types of soap might cause bad odor and irritation. Avoid the soaps that are heavily perfumed, have antibacterial properties, or contain too many unnatural ingredients. These upset the natural balance of your body. As a substitute, use natural soaps that are labeled as being fragrance-free
Wear clean, fresh, correctly fitting underwear
This is a very important part of keeping your vagina healthy and clean. Wearing the same set of underwear for more than 1 day will quickly create an imbalance of bacteria. You will also want to wear the proper type of underwear. Your underwear needs to breathe, as an overly moist environment is going to cause bacterial buildup. Cotton underwear is best.
