Blood type A: your diet should be vegetarian based, with fish, chicken, and yogurt. You should avoid legumes, coffee, spicy food.
Blood type B: your diet should contain dairy, fish, vegetables, tea and grains. You should avoid alcohol and preservatives.
Blood type AB: people that have this type can digest anything. You should eat organic, fresh foods.
Blood type O: your diet should be based on meat, fish, vegetables. You should avoid dairy, processed foods, and most important over-eating.
WHAT YOUR BLOOD TYPE SAYS ABOUT YOUR PERSONALITY:
If you have blood type A, you are compassionate, organized, efficient, leader.
If you have blood type B, you are meditative, flexible, friendly, action oriented.

- AB is the universal blood type receiver, but it only donates to AB.
- A can receive blood type from A or O and donates to A or AB.
- B can receive blood type from B or O and can be a donor to B or AB.
- O can only receive from blood type O and is universal donor.
PLASMA COMPATIBILITY AND BLOOD TYPE:
- Blood type O is the universal plasma receiver and it only donates plasma to O.
- Blood type A can receive from A and AB, and can only donate to A and O.
- Blood type AB can only receive plasma from AB, but it is the universal plasma donor to all blood groups.
- Blood type B can receive from B and AB, but can only donate to B and O.
